Summary: My wife and I have been to Paris many times, always renting an apartment. This experience was among the top 2 in our history. The apartment is as described and shown in the photos. It is roomy, well appointed and comfortable, and with several important features for the traveler, including a washer/dryer that actually works. Given the time of year, having air conditioning was not essential, but this feature - central AC with 2 zones - is essential for warmer months in these days. The TVs allow for accessing your own Netflix, etc accounts, so if important, you can stay on top of the series you follow. The hosts were very good communicators, responding promptly and always available, with easy check-in and check out. And the location! A pedestrian street with all the vendors one expects in Paris, so that you can make a gourmet meal if so inclined. If not, many nice brasseries/boulangeries for breakfast and/or afternoon coffee/drinks, and great restaurants within a couple of blocks. The street is quiet, even at night when there are people celebrating. We can't wait to return!
